Revenue Operations Analyst (Fintech)

Location: Hybrid working model in Montreal, Canada, with 2 days per week in the office

hirify.global provides payment gateway, acquiring, and SaaS products for merchants and enterprise clients across multiple regions.

What you will do

• Analyze revenue, customer, sales, merchant transaction, scheme performance, and risk data to identify trends and generate strategic insights.
• Support regional revenue growth, go-to-market initiatives, strategic growth initiatives, and long-range plans for the enterprise business.
• Monitor the fintech ecosystem, competitor pricing, market trends, card network costs, and alternative payment method costs.
• Analyze payment economics, including interchange, scheme fees, and processing costs, to identify margin leakage.
• Recommend pricing adjustments and transaction-routing optimizations to improve approval rates, reduce fraud losses, and drive commercial growth.
• Partner with the global Pricing team to develop enterprise pricing models and scalable pricing frameworks for payment and SaaS products.

Requirements

• 2+ years of experience in revenue strategy, pricing, or a related role in fintech or payments.
• Strong analytical skills and experience with financial modeling, data analysis, and market research.
• Excellent oral and written communication skills, including the ability to explain complex information clearly.
• Strong stakeholder management and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate across teams.
• Ability to manage multiple projects, adapt to changing priorities, work independently, and meet strict deadlines.
• Professional fluency in English is required.
