Salary: $160,000 – $180,000

What you will do

• Embed within core business units like growth, product, or AI to own the analytical function end-to-end.
• Define business problems and identify the right questions to inform strategic decision-making.
• Build reports, design experiments, and surface actionable data insights to move key metrics.
• Drive outcomes by presenting recommendations to leadership and cross-functional counterparts.
• Act as an owner, identifying and fixing broken processes even outside of your immediate scope.

Requirements

• Must reside in one of the following: AZ, CA, CO, FL, GA, IL, MA, NC, NJ, NV, NY, OR, TN, TX, UT, VA, or Ontario, Canada.
• 4+ years of experience in consulting, investment banking, or high-growth technology companies.
• Strong analytical skills with proficiency in SQL, Python, or Excel.
• Proven track record of owning ambiguous problems and delivering tangible impact.
• Clear, persuasive communication skills with the ability to influence leadership.
