Business Analyst - Capital Markets

What you will do

• Present and explain existing hirify.global capabilities to customers.
• Capture and document customer business outcomes, requirements, and solution designs.
• Support systems migrations and provide consultancy services.
• Engage with Financial Markets Infrastructure providers such as CDS and DTCC on integrations and compliance.
• Deliver customer training, knowledge transfer, analyst and developer handovers, and functional reviews.
• Verify and triage defects while supporting delivery outcomes.

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience in a delivery or consulting environment within financial services or custody markets.
• Experience in consulting, business analysis, or architecture.
• Knowledge of equities, fixed income, and/or exchange-traded options clearing and settlement processes.
• Experience with broking and custody markets in North America, including the US and Canadian regulatory environments.
• Strong technology, analytical, data interpretation, written, oral, organizational, and time management skills.
• Independent, delivery-focused working style with strong customer and stakeholder management capabilities.
