Vendor Management Analyst (Fintech)

What you will do

• Support onboarding, ongoing management, and offboarding of third-party vendors in line with company policies.
• Track procurement activities from requirements gathering and RFPs through contract signing, renewals, and offboarding.
• Maintain vendor records, agreements, due diligence materials, obligations, certifications, and renewal dates.
• Perform financial analysis, including spend tracking, value reporting, and identifying cost-saving opportunities.
• Monitor supplier performance, contractual compliance, costs, and alignment with third-party risk requirements.
• Coordinate with Procurement, Legal, Risk, InfoSec, budget holders, vendors, and integration partners.

Requirements

• 7+ years of experience in vendor management, procurement, technology third-party risk management, finance, or a related discipline.
• Bachelor’s degree in business, supply chain management, or a related field, or equivalent experience.
• Strong knowledge of enterprise software sourcing, licensing, and purchasing agreements.
• Knowledge of the financial services industry.
• Strong analytical, organizational, administrative, time-management, written, and oral communication skills.
• Ability to work independently, take initiative, manage stakeholder relationships, and remain commercially focused.
