Junior Analyst

Location: On-site at hirify.global's Vancouver, BC headquarters, Canada

Salary: CA$65K–CA$85K annually, plus bonus and potential stock options

hirify.global operates an institutional-grade platform that facilitates secondary transactions in venture-backed, pre-IPO companies by connecting buyers, sellers, and issuers.

What you will do

• Support live transactions and marketplace activity across the business.
• Analyze data, build reports, and generate insights for business decisions.
• Partner with Marketplace, Institutional Markets, Operations, and Client & Transaction Services teams.
• Maintain accurate records and workflows in Salesforce and internal systems.
• Identify process improvements and help implement scalable solutions.
• Take increasing ownership of projects while working with experienced mentors.

Requirements

• Recently completed or currently completing an undergraduate degree with an exceptional GPA; transcript required.
• Evidence of excellence through academics, athletics, leadership, entrepreneurship, or extracurricular activities.
• Internship, co-op, or work experience demonstrating initiative, accountability, and strong execution.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with proficiency in Excel.
• Demonstrated experience using generative AI tools to solve complex problems.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills and a willingness to work in person in Vancouver.

Nice to have

• Internship or coursework in finance, business, economics, engineering, or another quantitative field.
• Experience with Salesforce or other CRM platforms.
• Interest in private markets, venture capital, startups, or financial technology.
