Operations Analytics Manager (Supply Chain Analytics)

Location: On-site in Clarksburg, Maryland, United States; up to 10% travel required. The position may require eligibility to obtain and maintain a U.S. security clearance.

Salary: $120,000–$160,000 per year, plus potential equity and benefits.

What you will do

• Design and build an operational data warehouse integrating NetSuite, Salesforce, and other business systems.
• Own ETL pipelines, data quality, governance, architecture, and system integrations.
• Build statistical and machine-learning demand forecasting models for monthly S&OP, capacity, procurement, and production planning.
• Develop automated dashboards, KPI tracking, and reporting for operational and executive visibility.
• Create analytical models for inventory optimization, lead-time analysis, supplier performance, capacity utilization, and supply disruption risks.
• Own costed BOM data pipelines and scenario models covering material costs, labor, overhead, design changes, sourcing decisions, and volume shifts.

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience in data science, analytics engineering, or operations/revenue analytics.
• Proficiency in Python and SQL, with experience using Snowflake or an equivalent cloud data platform.
• Hands-on experience building production forecasting models and data pipelines.
• Ability to explain complex model outputs clearly to non-technical stakeholders and senior leadership.
• Cross-functional experience with Finance, Sales, Supply Chain, or Operations.
• Bachelor’s degree in supply chain, engineering, business, or a related field.

Nice to have

• Experience with supply chain analytics, S&OP, costed BOMs, or manufacturing and operations environments.
• Familiarity with ERP or WMS data models, including NetSuite, SAP, or similar systems.
• Generative AI or LLM integration experience in operational or analytical workflows.
