Business Analytics Consulting Manager (AI)

Location: United States, with compensation based on offices in Colorado, Illinois, Ohio, and Massachusetts. Workplace for Your Day model with a principally in-person approach and flexibility determined with the supervisor and team. Must be legally authorized to work in the United States without sponsorship.

Salary: $118,000–$160,000 per year

What you will do

• Lead end-to-end analytics, data engineering, and AI-enabled implementation engagements for mid-market construction clients.
• Translate business, operational, and financial needs into scalable analytics and AI solutions.
• Serve as delivery lead for scope, quality, innovation, timelines, and engagement financial performance.
• Coordinate multiple concurrent analytics engagements and collaborate with analytics and industry leadership.
• Support proposals, scoping, estimating, solution design, client expansion, and advanced analytics use cases.
• Develop future leaders through actionable performance feedback and coaching, and contribute to accelerators, innovation initiatives, presentations, and go-to-market efforts.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in a related field or equivalent experience.
• 5–8 years of experience delivering analytics and data engineering solutions, including at least 3 years in consulting.
• Experience leading client engagements and building executive-level trust.
• Experience designing cloud analytics architectures with Snowflake, Microsoft Fabric, Azure Synapse, Databricks, or similar platforms.
• Strong SQL, ETL/ELT, AI-assisted development or analytics, and DevOps/CI/CD experience.
• Experience managing concurrent priorities, projects, or workstreams and supporting proposals, scoping, and solution shaping.

Nice to have

• Construction industry experience.
• Bilingual Japanese and English or Chinese and English candidates may qualify for an exception to the standard sponsorship requirement.
