Product Analyst (Logistics Technology)

Location: Chicago, IL; hybrid schedule with 3 days in the office and 2 remote

Salary: $65,000–$95,000 per year, plus annual incentives based on individual and company performance.

What you will do

• Collect and analyze product performance, user behavior, and market trend data.
• Create reports and dashboards that track KPIs and provide insights to product, engineering, and business teams.
• Conduct user research, surveys, and interviews to understand user needs and gather feedback.
• Partner with Product Managers and Engineering leads to prioritize features, enhancements, and bug fixes.
• Support product roadmaps and feature requirements by writing user stories, functional specifications, and workflow diagrams.
• Monitor competitor products and market dynamics, and communicate findings that inform product strategy and technology investment.

Requirements

• Proficiency in SQL, including aggregate functions and joins, or another structured programming language such as Python, R, or JavaScript.
• Experience designing and implementing complex analytical solutions that support business decision-making.
• Demonstrated ability to influence senior stakeholders with recommendations based on in-depth analysis.
• Experience in software product management, business analysis, and/or competitive market intelligence.
• Strong interpersonal, written, and verbal communication skills, with attention to detail and the ability to build trusted relationships.
• Bachelor’s degree in computer science, business, economics, mathematics, or a related field.
