What you will do

  • Manage a high volume of complex employee relations cases from intake through closure, ensuring fair and well-documented outcomes.
  • Conduct thorough investigations into allegations of harassment, discrimination, retaliation, and policy violations.
  • Lead the end-to-end ADA interactive process, including medical review and determination of reasonable accommodations.
  • Provide expert guidance and coaching to leaders and HR colleagues on performance concerns, corrective actions, and terminations.
  • Maintain accurate documentation in the case management system to support trend analysis and reporting.
  • Collaborate with legal and HR leadership to ensure compliance with ADA, FMLA, and other employment regulations.

Requirements

  • 3+ years of experience conducting internal employee relations investigations.
  • Strong understanding of federal and state employment laws and regulatory requirements.
  • Proven ability to manage multiple high-risk cases simultaneously in a fast-paced environment.
  • Executive-level communication, coaching, and influence skills.
  • Bachelor’s degree preferred or equivalent relevant experience.
  • Must be based in Atlanta, Georgia for on-site work.
