Graduate Area Manager

Location: On-site in Opatovice nad Labem, Czech Republic

What you will do

• Own operational performance for an assigned fulfillment center warehouse area.
• Lead associates and team leaders to achieve productivity, quality, and safety targets.
• Manage workflows, staffing, and shift planning for timely order processing.
• Monitor safety compliance, conduct workplace audits, and troubleshoot operational issues.
• Analyze operational metrics, identify root causes, and propose sustainable improvements.
• Collaborate with Operational Excellence, Automation, HR, IT, and Maintenance teams while supporting coaching and development plans.

Requirements

• High school leaving exam or higher education.
• 0–2 years of experience in warehouse operations, logistics, manufacturing, or a related field.
• Proficiency in English is required.
• Strong analytical, communication, teamwork, and adaptability skills.
• Interest in developing leadership and operational management skills.
• Willingness to work flexible shifts, including weekends and holidays.

Nice to have

• University degree in logistics, business, or a related field.
• Experience in e-commerce, warehouse, or supply chain operations.
• Familiarity with Warehouse Management Systems and inventory processes.
• Interest in Lean, Six Sigma, or process optimization methodologies.
