Operational Cost Manager (Supply Chain)

What you will do

• Coordinate operational cost management activities across the EMEA Personal Systems Service Supply Chain.
• Serve as the liaison between Operations, Finance, SCOAH, Procurement, Planning, and external partners on cost-related topics.
• Manage Purchase Order lifecycle activities, including creation support, sizing validation, extensions, tracking, and closure.
• Consolidate supplier and workstream costs, coordinate invoice validation and billing, and support financial reconciliation.
• Provide accurate cost information for monthly, quarterly, and annual planning cycles and monitor execution against plans.
• Develop dashboards and reports, support business reviews, and drive process standardization and continuous improvement.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain, Engineering, Finance, or a related field.
• Experience in Supply Chain, Operations, Procurement, Finance, or Business Operations.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, organizational, and prioritization skills.
• Advanced Microsoft Excel skills; ability to analyze large datasets and translate findings into actionable insights.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills in English.
• Ability to collaborate across organizations and influence stakeholders without direct authority.

Nice to have

• Knowledge of Power BI.
• Experience with ERP systems such as SAP.
