TL;DR

Demand Planner (Supply Chain): Managing demand forecasts for HP Desktop Thin Clients and aligning product plans with fiscal and calendar shipment goals with an accent on forecast accuracy, product lifecycle planning, and component connectivity. Focus on analyzing large datasets, minimizing excess and obsolescence, and coordinating stakeholders across Product Marketing and Business Management.

hirify.global develops and manufactures Personal Systems products, including workstations, cloud clients, point-of-sale products, and desktop thin clients.

What you will do

Load demand plans for assigned desktop thin client product families.
Align forecasts with fiscal and calendar quarter shipment goals.
Align demand plans with product life cycles.
Manage connect rates for key components and sub-assemblies.
Maximize order conversion and customer experience while minimizing excess and obsolescence.
Contribute to Category Operations projects and initiatives.

Requirements

Experience in a high-complexity global supply chain environment delivering complex manufactured products.
Four-year or graduate degree in Supply Chain Management, Manufacturing Engineering, Operations Management, Business Administration, or a related discipline, or equivalent demonstrated experience.
Experience analyzing large datasets.
Strong communication and stakeholder management skills, including collaboration with Product Marketing and Business Management.
Proficiency in MS Excel.
