What you will do

• Plan and prepare manufacturing production schedules, sequences, and lead times to meet shipping targets.
• Monitor production plans and respond to unforeseen conditions to ensure operational continuity.
• Analyze plant capacity and production data to optimize resource allocation.
• Drive improvements in OTIF and backorder management for European and US markets.
• Manage and optimize SAP workflows, MRP data, and master data settings.
• Perform root cause analysis and implement corrective actions with supply chain stakeholders.

Requirements

• Experience in production planning, supply chain, or manufacturing operations.
• Strong SAP expertise including MRP, master data, and planning tools.
• Advanced analytical and reporting skills for interpreting complex data sets.
• Proven experience with OTIF and backorder management.
• Strong problem-solving skills and ability to work cross-functionally.
• Ability to work onsite in Prague.
