TL;DR
TASKI Planner (Supply Chain): Planning and coordinating manufacturing production schedules and workflows across Europe and the US with an accent on SAP-driven analysis, OTIF performance, backorder management, and product availability. Focus on optimizing MRP and master data, analyzing capacity and supply chain flows, and implementing corrective actions for complex manufacturing and service-level challenges.
Location: Prague, Czechia; office presence required 2 days per week in Lovosice.

What you will do
- Plan and coordinate manufacturing production schedules, workflows, sequences, and lead times to meet customer demand and shipping targets.
- Monitor production plans, expedite delays, and respond to unforeseen manufacturing conditions.
- Analyze plant capacity, production data, requisitions, and supply chain flows to optimize resource allocation.
- Support OTIF and backorder analysis for Europe and the US, improving product availability and service levels.
- Manage SAP workflows, MRP data, master data settings, and strategic and tactical planning reports.
- Drive root cause analysis, corrective actions, product transfers, planning projects, and continuous improvement initiatives with Supply Chain stakeholders.
Requirements
- Experience in production planning, supply chain, or manufacturing operations.
- Strong SAP expertise, including MRP, master data, workflows, and planning tools.
- Advanced analytical and reporting skills with the ability to interpret complex data sets.
- Experience with OTIF, backorder management, and service-level optimization.
- Understanding of capacity planning, manufacturing processes, and supply chain flows.
- Strong problem-solving, organizational, and cross-functional communication skills across Europe and the US.
