Sourcing Specialist (Marketing Materials)

Location: Kladno, Czech Republic; hybrid work with an average of 3 days per week in the office.

What you will do

• Develop category sourcing plans based on business priorities, market insights, and supplier opportunities.
• Build and manage supplier relationships through contracting, negotiations, performance reviews, and risk management.
• Partner with product teams to incorporate supplier perspectives into early project development and optimization.
• Forecast capacity and capabilities across the supply base.
• Support innovation and digitalization initiatives across regions and procurement categories.

Requirements

• Degree in Procurement, Supply Chain, or a related field, or equivalent experience.
• Experience in procurement or sourcing, preferably involving marketing materials or a related category.
• Project management experience, comfort navigating change, and ability to turn data into practical actions.
• Collaborative approach focused on internal customer relationships and quality outcomes.
• Experience working with colleagues and suppliers across multiple locations in global organizations.
• Advanced written and spoken English required.

Nice to have

• Ability to work independently while contributing actively to team goals.
• Familiarity with SAP and procurement-related systems.
