Talent Operations Coordinator

Location: On-site in the Auckland, Boulder, or Melbourne office

What you will do

• Own end-to-end hiring operations and candidate experience, including communications, travel coordination, onsite logistics, and hiring events.
• Manage hiring compliance and audit readiness, including immigration, background checks, right-to-work requirements, and accurate records.
• Own hiring processes and data, maintaining ATS hygiene, reliable reporting, and visibility into hiring performance.
• Translate hiring data into insights that support workforce planning, forecasting, risk management, and progress tracking.
• Improve operational efficiency through process optimisation, automation, AI, hiring technology, and vendor management.
• Build scalable hiring programs, playbooks, governance frameworks, referral processes, employer-brand touchpoints, and internal-mobility infrastructure.

• Excellent communication skills and a strong sense of ownership.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, high-growth environment with evolving priorities.
• Experience with compliance, immigration, or audit processes is advantageous.
• Ability to work on-site from the Auckland, Boulder, or Melbourne office.
