Talent Intelligence Builder (AI)

Location: New York, NY; five-days-a-week, in-person role in NoMad, NYC

Salary: $100K–$180K annually, plus equity

hirify.global is building an AI-native platform that enables brands to buy creator-led advertising at scale, with automated sourcing, pricing, contracting, delivery, and measurement.

What you will do

• Design and own the intelligence layer supporting strategic talent and recruiting decisions.
• Build automations and orchestration workflows that reduce repetitive recruiting administration.
• Develop AI agents that map, identify, and surface candidates across the talent lifecycle.
• Connect Gem, Ashby, Clay, Metaview, and future talent tools so recruiting signals compound across systems.
• Build a warm-introduction engine that maps the company network to target candidates.
• Create funnel analytics, dashboards, and post-hire feedback loops to improve sourcing criteria over time.

Requirements

• 2+ years of experience in operations, GTM, RevOps, recruiting, or a similar role.
• Demonstrated ability to build and ship an automation or system adopted by people other than yourself.
• Data literacy, including reporting, dashboard creation, funnel analysis, and interpreting recruiting metrics.
• Strong instinct for identifying and fixing manual processes.
• Ability to learn new tools quickly, evaluate technology choices, and work effectively in ambiguity.
• Availability to work onsite in New York City five days per week.
