Lead, Corporate Finance (Aerospace)

Salary: $104,000–$156,000 USD per year

What you will do

• Partner with G&A leaders across HR, Legal, Security, and other functions on OpEx budgets, departmental spending, and financial decisions.
• Own company-wide headcount planning, including maintaining the headcount model and tracking hiring against plan.
• Lead the Annual Operating Plan cycle, quarterly reforecasts, and scenario modeling in Planful.
• Partner with Product and Sales on pricing models, customer unit economics, and profitability targets.
• Drive Monthly Business Reviews, variance explanations, KPI development, and performance reporting.
• Improve and automate planning and reporting through Planful dashboards, self-service tools, and special analysis projects.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related field, with 5+ years of FP&A or finance experience.
• Advanced financial modeling skills and comfort working with large datasets.
• Hands-on experience with EPM/CPM platforms such as Planful, Anaplan, Hyperion, or similar.
• Strong communication skills and the ability to explain financial concepts to non-finance stakeholders.
• Ability to operate independently in ambiguous environments and manage multiple workstreams and deadlines.

Nice to have

• Experience in capital-intensive, manufacturing, hardware, or aerospace environments.
• Exposure to Infor LN or a comparable manufacturing ERP.
• Experience with pricing or unit-economics analysis.
• Working knowledge of SQL and data visualization tools.
