General Application - Nuclear Fuel Recycling

Location: Santa Clara, California, or remote within the United States; remote employees must travel to the Santa Clara headquarters twice per quarter, and the first two weeks of onboarding are in person at headquarters.

Salary: $75,000–$175,000 per year

What you will do

• Contribute to the development and deployment of a modern U.S. nuclear fuel recycling facility.
• Support work across design, research and development, program management, and operations.
• Contribute to physical protection, safeguarding, material control and accounting, or related fuel-cycle functions.
• Develop novel solutions to open-ended technical problems and help move advanced fission technology toward deployment.
• Communicate technical content and results verbally and in writing.

• Passion for clean energy, advanced fission, and the nuclear fuel cycle.
• Ability to learn quickly, work independently, and operate effectively in a fast-paced, iterative environment.
• Ability to think creatively and critically and propose solutions to technical problems.
• Strong verbal communication and excellent active-voice writing skills.
• Collaborative, self-motivated, detail-oriented approach with a focus on quality.
• Availability for required headquarters travel and in-person onboarding in Santa Clara.
