Senior Manager, Inventory Control and Quality Assurance

Location: Onsite at a hirify.global fulfillment center in the United States; listed locations are Las Vegas, Nevada, or Pittston, Pennsylvania. Travel of up to 20% is required.

What you will do

• Partner with local operations and Inventory Control leaders to improve inventory control and quality results across multiple sites.
• Develop and implement inventory control strategies and processes that improve inventory accuracy and operational execution.
• Analyze inventory and quality data to identify process improvements, sustained performance gains, and cost-saving opportunities.
• Design inventory control processes, reports, dashboards, and metrics covering stock levels, trends, and performance.
• Use inventory management systems and technology to improve data accuracy and streamline operations.
• Lead continuous improvement initiatives across warehouse operations, both onsite and virtually.

Requirements

• At least 5 years of experience in ecommerce fulfillment operations, inventory management, process development, and process optimization.
• Experience in a fulfillment center or distribution environment is strongly preferred.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with experience using MS Excel, Google Sheets, Tableau, or similar analytical tools.
• Strong understanding of inventory control best practices, lean principles, and continuous improvement methodologies.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills for collaboration across departments and organizational levels.
• Proficiency in SQL for data extraction and report generation is preferred but not required; a bachelor's degree in supply chain management, industrial engineering, or a related field is also preferred but not required.
