Senior Supply Chain Analyst (Healthcare)

What you will do

• Manage pharmacy partner invoicing end to end, including auditing, validation, approval, and reconciliation across 20+ partners.
• Translate patient, sales, implementation, and customer success forecasts into pharmacy production requirements.
• Support volume and capacity planning by analyzing orders, partner capacity, medication availability, service levels, and budget.
• Inform procurement planning for ingredients and consumables as the function develops.
• Own supply chain dashboards and recurring reporting, improving data inputs and tooling from Zoho toward planned Tableau usage.
• Build, document, and improve manual operational processes while partnering with pharmacies, Sales, Implementation, Customer Success, and Procurement.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain, Business, Operations, Analytics, or equivalent experience.
• 5+ years of experience in supply chain, inventory planning, demand planning, or operations analytics.
• Experience translating demand or sales forecasts into supply, production, or purchasing requirements.
• Advanced Excel or Sheets skills and the ability to maintain models with multiple moving inputs.
• Experience owning recurring operational workflows, including vendor invoicing, spend auditing, or partner reconciliation.
• Experience working in an SLA-driven environment with accountability for accuracy and timeliness.

Nice to have

• Healthcare, pharmacy, compounding, or regulated-product supply chain experience.
• Startup or early-stage operating experience.
• Dashboard and reporting experience with Zoho Analytics, Tableau, Power BI, or similar tools.
• Light SQL or scripting experience and comfort using AI tools to accelerate analysis.
• Experience supporting procurement function setup.
