What you will do
- Oversee site-wide ICQA activities, including cycle counts, physical inventories, audits, investigations, reconciliations, and projects.
- Ensure consistent application of SOPs, KPI tracking, corrective actions, and customer-specific quality requirements.
- Review operational data to identify trends, high-risk areas, performance drift, and workload-planning needs.
- Support CAPA execution, audit responses, inventory escalations, root-cause analysis, and continuous improvement initiatives.
- Directly manage, coach, and develop ICQA Leads and Associates while building a culture of accuracy and accountability.
Requirements
- Two to four years of experience with warehouse management or inventory systems in a high-volume facility.
- Previous leadership experience and a bachelor’s degree or relevant equivalent experience.
- Strong organizational, time-management, communication, interpersonal, clerical, data-entry, and basic mathematical skills.
- Ability to work independently, manage pressure and high workloads, build effective working relationships, and maintain accuracy.
- Ability to transport up to 20 lbs. and use relevant material-handling equipment, including forklifts.
- Availability for occasional non-standard hours, overtime, evenings, and weekends according to business needs; ability to work in a distribution-center environment with varying heights, temperatures, and moderate consistent noise.
Nice to have
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite.
- Bachelor’s or master’s degree in engineering, operations, supply chain/logistics, business administration, operations management, or a related field.
- Process-improvement experience, including Lean Six Sigma or Kaizen.
