Product Manager (AI)

Location: Based in Dublin, or remote within a couple of hours of the GMT timezone; occasional travel to collaborate in person or attend important company events may be required.

What you will do

• Set project direction and collaborate in a Product, Design, and Engineering trio.
• Conduct customer research, join sales and support calls, and identify valuable problems to solve.
• Document problems, evidence, solutions, and success measures in project one-pagers.
• Lead solution discovery, break work into shippable pieces, manage scope, and unblock delivery.
• Measure outcomes after launch and communicate results, including lessons from unsuccessful decisions.
• Apply and expand AI workflows for reporting, research synthesis, prototyping, prompts, agents, and productivity tools.

Requirements

• 5–7 years of Product Management experience, including substantial startup experience.
• Ownership of three or four projects from problem definition through delivery and measurable outcomes.
• Experience owning both product discovery and delivery, including scope management and execution.
• Direct customer experience and the ability to conduct independent research.
• Hands-on approach, strong writing skills, comfort with ambiguity, and the ability to turn vague problems into buildable solutions.
• Experience with Notion, Figma, ClickUp, and product analytics tools such as Mixpanel.

• Examples of AI prompts, workflows, agents, or tools built to improve product work.
