Lead Product Manager (AI/AdTech)

Location: Hybrid, Paris, France; remote Fridays available

What you will do

• Define the long-term vision and roadmap for the hirify.global Growth Platform.
• Build scalable automation for campaign launches, creative uploads, and cross-network distribution.
• Lead AI-driven automation for bidding strategies, campaign setup, and performance optimization.
• Partner with engineering and technical leads to deliver reliable, high-performance systems.
• Translate Growth operations pain points into automation opportunities and align dependencies across Product teams.
• Improve performance tracking, reporting, experimentation, monitoring, and operational excellence.

Requirements

• Strong Product Manager experience in Growth, AdTech, automation platforms, or similarly technical environments.
• Experience building internal tools or scalable B2B/B2B2C platforms.
• Understanding of user acquisition ecosystems, including ad networks, campaign structures, creatives, and bidding strategies.
• Strong analytical skills and the ability to turn performance data into product decisions.
• Experience working with engineering teams on complex technical roadmaps.
• Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills; comfortable in fast-paced, performance-driven environments.
