Product Management Lead, AI

Location: Remote within listed locations in Canada and the United States; 5–15% travel required.

Compensation: CAD 175,000–225,000 per year or USD 150,000–200,000 per year, depending on primary location and job-related factors.

What you will do

• Define the product vision, roadmap, and success metrics for agentic AI experiences across the portfolio.
• Design and deliver production-grade agents, copilots, retrieval workflows, tool use, reasoning, and human-in-the-loop experiences.
• Establish governance controls including output verification, reversibility, escalation paths, auditability, and autonomy limits.
• Drive activation, onboarding, adoption, retention, expansion, and growth through product-led initiatives and measurable growth loops.
• Lead continuous discovery through customer interviews, workshops, onsite visits, and opportunity-solution mapping.
• Align engineering, UX, data science, go-to-market, customer success, support, executives, and peer product managers around outcomes.

Requirements

• 7–10 years of product management experience, ideally including enterprise SaaS and AI- or ML-powered products.
• Production experience building and shipping agentic or AI-native product experiences, such as agents, copilots, or autonomous and semi-autonomous workflows.
• Strong practical use of AI tools and prompt engineering for research, discovery synthesis, drafting, analysis, and prototyping.
• Experience with product analytics, experimentation, customer discovery, adoption, activation, retention, and growth.
• Technical understanding of AI system design, including models, retrieval, evaluation, latency, cost, scalability, trust, and customer value.
• Strong communication, analytical, ownership, and cross-functional influence skills.

Nice to have

• Experience in digital forensics, incident response, cybersecurity, or another regulated high-trust domain.
• Experience with LLM orchestration, RAG, agent frameworks, evaluations, guardrails, AI governance, safety, or responsible AI.
• Experience with on-premise and hybrid deployments.
• Familiarity with Pragmatic Marketing, Design Thinking, Jobs To Be Done, Continuous Discovery, Agile, Jira, Aha, or Amplitude.
• Experience building AI prototypes or demos with app builders and coding copilots.
