Product Manager (Cybersecurity)

Location: Remote - Canada

Salary: CA$131,000–CA$164,250 annual base salary, plus potential bonus and equity.

What you will do

• Own the product roadmap for managed cybersecurity services, including MDR, SIEM, and SOC services.
• Translate customer, market, operational, and security insights into prioritized product initiatives.
• Partner with Sales and Marketing on positioning, value propositions, messaging, and sales enablement.
• Align service scope, SLAs, KPIs, escalation models, onboarding workflows, and operational readiness with SOC, engineering, delivery, finance, and customer success teams.
• Evaluate tools and integrations and guide enhancements to detection, response, automation, and operational workflows.
• Write product requirements and acceptance criteria while partnering with UX and Engineering to deliver scalable workflows.

Requirements

• 10+ years of product management experience in B2B SaaS, ideally focused on endpoint, cloud, identity, or cybersecurity.
• Experience shipping products or features end-to-end with a strong builder mentality.
• Experience working in or adjacent to the MSP or channel market.
• Strong verbal and written communication, quantitative analysis, business analysis, prioritization, and cross-functional collaboration skills.
• Ability to work effectively with distributed, remote teams.
• Hands-on cybersecurity product management experience is critical; knowledge of the threat landscape is expected.

Nice to have

• Experience in EDR, CDR, attack analysis, research, investigation, or incident response.
• AI fluency and experience with AI-driven product strategy.
• Experience in a high-growth company with $20M–$200M+ ARR.
• Advanced degree in a relevant field.
