Sustainment Logistics Lead (Autonomous Vehicles)

What you will do

• Plan, prepare, and execute integrated logistics product support and company sustainment activities for autonomous vehicle systems.
• Lead spares analysis, forecasting, allocations, repair capability planning, inventory movements, supply support, and site activation activities.
• Generate logistics analyses and data requests for Level of Repair Analysis, provisioning, Reliability, Availability & Maintainability, and Life Cycle Sustainment Plans.
• Develop maintenance plans, technical manual expertise, packaging, handling, storage, and transportation requirements, and maintenance-support data requirements.
• Plan performance-based sustainment contracts, supportability analyses, sustainment metrics, OEM partnerships, contractor depots, and inventory control activities.
• Collaborate with acquisition logisticians, system engineers, government stakeholders, supply chain, engineering, and program management teams.

Requirements

• 6+ years of experience in military system sustainment, lifecycle logistics, or sustainment planning.
• Experience supporting ACAT I–III programs and navigating DoD sustainment policy.
• Experience with DoD maintenance, technical documentation, acquisition logistics, ILS principles, PBL frameworks, supply support, and the acquisition lifecycle.
• Ability to hold a DoD Secret clearance.
• Bachelor’s degree or relevant military experience in Logistics, Engineering, Business, or a related field.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office tools and a collaborative, outcome-focused approach.

Nice to have

• Experience with DoD program office logistics management, O-level maintenance, OEMs, or depot-level sustainment programs.
• Master’s degree and/or DAWIA Level II or III in Life Cycle Logistics.
• Familiarity with ERP logistics systems such as NetSuite and Salesforce Field Service.
• Knowledge of NAVSUP, AFLCMC, or Marine Corps logistics procedures.
