Order to Delivery Manager (Automotive)

Location: El Segundo, California, United States

Salary: $120,000–$150,000 annually, depending on experience, plus benefits and incentive plans.

What you will do

• Establish sales planning processes for North America and maintain optimal inventory levels across the supply chain.
• Manage short- and long-term planning, model mix prioritization, equipment option scheduling, and project volume forecasts.
• Coordinate global and regional volume allocation, vehicle specifications, production volumes, and retail volumes.
• Maintain global regional allocation plans and adjust existing production and sales volume plans.
• Prepare and align forecasting reports, presentations, monthly sales reports, and production requests.
• Help establish and optimize the full order-to-delivery process, including end-user delivery monitoring.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree or higher in supply chain, operations management, production, national sales company, or equivalent experience.
• 8+ years of experience in sales planning and producing accurate monthly forecasts.
• Experience with short- and long-term planning based on volume forecasts and products or projects.
• Experience chairing business performance meetings, agreeing forecasts, tracking actions, and monitoring forecast accuracy.
• Experience working in a sales environment and with cross-functional teams across production, finance, sales, business affairs, and product fulfillment.
• Advanced Microsoft Suite skills, especially Excel and PowerPoint, with strong leadership, communication, analytical, and decision-making abilities.

Nice to have

• Previous automotive experience, particularly in the electric vehicle field.
• Strong mathematical skills and familiarity with statistical modeling and statistical concepts.
• Experience with data mining, data analysis, problem-solving, and decision-making.
