Director, Manufacturing Finance (Aerospace)

Location: Onsite at hirify.global’s global headquarters in Long Beach, California, United States. Occasional travel to manufacturing facilities and supply chain locations is required. Candidates seeking to work in U.S. offices must meet applicable ITAR authorization requirements.

Base pay range: $190,000–$220,000 USD per year, with company stock included in total compensation.

What you will do

• Advise the COO and manufacturing leadership on cost management, capital investments, operational efficiency, and financial strategy.
• Lead financial planning, forecasting, reporting, program accounting, and analysis for manufacturing operations.
• Monitor manufacturing costs, inventory, supply chain performance, production efficiency, profitability, and key performance indicators.
• Drive cost-reduction, process-improvement, waste-reduction, and accurate product-costing initiatives.
• Evaluate capital investments, lead financial due diligence, and monitor capital expenditures against budgets and ROI criteria.
• Partner with plant managers, supply chain leaders, operations teams, and executives to align financial and operational objectives.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, or a related field.
• 15+ years of progressive finance experience focused on manufacturing or supply chain operations.
• Demonstrated success driving cost-optimization initiatives.
• Experience managing large-scale budgets and capital projects.
• Ability to travel occasionally to manufacturing facilities and supply chain locations.
• For U.S. office work, eligibility under applicable ITAR and U.S. Government space-technology export regulations is required.
