Global Director, Product Marketing (Cybersecurity)

Location: United States — Remote

Salary: $215,000–$265,000 per year, depending on experience and qualifications, plus bonus.

What you will do

• Lead, mentor, and grow a global product marketing team while defining its long-term vision, operating processes, and governance.
• Own go-to-market strategy and launches for new products, major releases, and market expansions.
• Partner with product, sales, demand generation, communications, executive, and partner teams to drive alignment and growth.
• Build buyer, competitor, and market intelligence programs, including use-case frameworks, battle cards, and pricing comparisons.
• Develop differentiated positioning, messaging, solution narratives, and content for cybersecurity products.
• Oversee sales enablement assets and represent the cybersecurity portfolio to customers, analysts, partners, and media.

Requirements

• 10+ years of B2B product marketing or product management experience, including 5+ years leading global teams.
• Deep expertise in multi-factor authentication, mobile security, or fraud prevention.
• Proven success leading go-to-market strategy for technical products in high-growth or enterprise environments.
• Strong executive presence and experience presenting to C-suite audiences, analysts, and large groups.
• Exceptional storytelling, communication, prioritization, and multi-initiative management skills.
• Bachelor’s degree in business, technology, or a related field.

Nice to have

• Experience in banking, insurance, or fintech.
• Product marketing or product management certification from Pragmatic Institute, PMA, Product Focus, or 280 Group.
• Experience scaling teams or building new functions in cybersecurity or enterprise SaaS.
