Senior Product Marketing Manager (Cybersecurity)

Location: New York, NY; collaboration from the office three days a week is preferred, but not a firm requirement.

Salary: $150,000–$195,000 base salary per year, plus equity and competitive benefits.

hirify.global is an early-stage cybersecurity company developing an agentic-powered platform that helps security teams detect, prioritize, and mitigate software risks during the design phase.

What you will do

• Build the product marketing function, strategy, and playbook from the ground up.
• Translate complex AI and cybersecurity concepts into compelling product narratives and market messaging.
• Develop and maintain positioning for the agentic security architecture platform.
• Create written, video, webinar, demo, and other content for marketing and sales channels.
• Ghostwrite and strategize founder thought leadership to build brand authority.
• Create battle cards, competitive positioning, demo scripts, customer stories, and go-to-market support for launches and a website relaunch.

Requirements

• 3+ years of product marketing experience.
• 2+ years of experience in the cybersecurity industry.
• Strong product positioning, storytelling, and cybersecurity domain knowledge.
• Ability to define strategy and execute independently rather than only delegate.
• Comfort working with ambiguity and building from scratch in a fast-paced, early-stage environment.
• Practitioner experience and familiarity with customer needs are advantageous.
