Site Migration Project Manager

What you will do

• Lead complex IT projects and programmes from initiation through completion.
• Develop, execute, monitor, and control project plans and deliverable quality.
• Manage multi-site, multi-vendor, internal, and external projects within schedule, scope, budget, and quality requirements.
• Identify, communicate, mitigate, and manage delivery risks and issues.
• Manage programmes against client expectations, service-level agreements, and contractual obligations.
• Prepare project proposals, progress reports, executive briefings, and recommendations for process improvement and automation.

Requirements

• 4+ years of experience managing complex IT projects and programmes, including multiple initiatives simultaneously.
• Proven stakeholder management experience with senior client decision-makers and cross-functional teams.
• Experience driving business process improvements and delivering successful project outcomes.
• Advanced analytical, reporting, and problem-solving skills.
• Proficiency with project management tools such as Microsoft Project and strong Microsoft Excel skills.
• Strong communication and collaboration skills, with knowledge of project management methodologies and best practices.

Nice to have

• IT infrastructure project management experience.
• ITIL, PMP, or Lean Six Sigma certification.
