Salary: $76,000–$115,500 per year

What you will do

• Support program management activities across workstreams, including planning, tracking, and coordination.
• Maintain integrated plans, milestones, and dependencies across transformation teams.
• Manage RAID logs, risks, issues, and mitigation actions.
• Prepare status reports and dashboards to provide program visibility.
• Support governance cadences and keep program documentation accurate and current.

Requirements

• 2–4 years of experience in consulting, PMO, or project delivery.
• PMP certification or equivalent.
• Strong organizational, analytical, communication, and presentation skills.
• Experience with program tracking tools such as Excel, Jira, or equivalent.
• Ability to manage multiple stakeholders and priorities with strong attention to detail.

Nice to have

• SAFe certification or equivalent.
