Salary: $96,000–$148,000 per year

What you will do

• Own core PMO workstreams covering planning, RAID management, reporting, and financial tracking.
• Develop and maintain integrated program plans across multiple workstreams and stakeholders.
• Drive RAID processes, including escalation, resolution tracking, and dependency management.
• Produce executive-level reporting and insights to support program decision-making.
• Facilitate governance forums and align business, IT, and delivery partners.

Requirements

• 10–15 years of experience in program management, consulting, or large-scale delivery.
• PMP certification or equivalent.
• Experience with multi-workstream or multi-vendor programs.
• Strong understanding of governance, planning, and program controls.
• Ability to engage mid-to-senior stakeholders and drive alignment in fast-paced, ambiguous environments.
• Experience with PMO tooling ecosystems such as Jira, Planview, or equivalent.

Nice to have

• SAFe certification or equivalent.
• Experience with DevOps tooling.
