Associate Project Manager

What you will do

• Coordinate projects supporting test and production environments through planning, execution, monitoring, and delivery.
• Track project risks, issues, dependencies, timelines, budgets, scope, and quality expectations.
• Prepare and maintain project management plans, schedules, status reports, and project reviews.
• Communicate with internal and external stakeholders and facilitate status meetings and steering committee discussions.
• Contribute to project reporting, budget tracking, invoicing, and continuous improvement initiatives.

Requirements

• Experience supporting or coordinating projects in a technology, operations, or business environment.
• Understanding of project management principles, project lifecycle activities, and risk management practices.
• Strong organizational, problem-solving, communication, and collaboration skills.
• Ability to work independently while seeking guidance and collaborating with colleagues when appropriate.
