Senior Construction Specialist- Project Management

Location: Taoyuan, Taiwan

hirify.global operates e-commerce and delivery services in Taiwan, including Rocket Delivery and Rocket Overseas, and is expanding its logistics operations.

What you will do

• Coordinate interdependent material-flow and vendor installation schedules.
• Manage project budgets, including purchase orders, invoices, and budget development from project conception.
• Plan, direct, supervise, and control business, technical, fiscal, and administrative project functions.
• Manage project schedules, milestones, progress reporting, costs, and Go-Live readiness.
• Represent hirify.global with vendors and suppliers and mobilize cross-functional company resources.
• Support the planning and implementation of logistics centers and other large facilities, including material-handling equipment.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in construction, HVAC, MEP, fire safety, IT network and server room, industrial engineering, operations, business administration, or a related field.
• Experience leading and working with cross-functional teams.
• Experience developing and managing large project budgets.
• Project management and implementation experience, including designing workable solutions and delivering projects successfully.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office, including Excel, Word, Outlook, PowerPoint, and MS Project.
• Basic experience with CAD software such as AutoCAD, SolidWorks, or equivalent.

Nice to have

• Experience launching logistics centers, factories, or large facilities, including equipment deployment and related process management.
• PMP, PRINCE2, or another project management certification.
• Advanced CAD skills.
• Experience managing, influencing, negotiating, and communicating with external partners and internal teams.
• Ability to work independently in a fast-paced, rapidly changing environment.
