SkillBridge - Field Service Representative (Autonomous Systems)

Location: Clarksburg, Maryland, United States; travel to domestic and international customer sites, up to 75%

What you will do

• Monitor customer product readiness and help identify and resolve issues.
• Diagnose and repair mechanical and electronic equipment alongside field service personnel, including on-site support.
• Assist with installations, maintenance checks, proactive services, and repairs.
• Help deliver customer and internal training on equipment operation, maintenance, and troubleshooting.
• Document diagnostics, resolutions, asset usage, customer interactions, field reports, and work orders.
• Build customer relationships and communicate service bulletins, product updates, and technical guidance.

Requirements

• Must be eligible for a SkillBridge program opportunity.
• Hands-on experience diagnosing, maintaining, repairing, or troubleshooting mechanical and/or electronic equipment.
• Ability to communicate technical information clearly to diverse audiences.
• Strong documentation habits, attention to accuracy, independence, and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to travel up to 75%, including internationally.
• May require eligibility to obtain and maintain a U.S. security clearance.
