Location: On-site in the New York City or London office
Salary: $140,000–$170,000 annual base salary, plus commission and equity

What you will do
- Lead, mentor, and develop a team of SDRs through coaching, structure, and accountability.
- Drive outbound prospecting initiatives and identify potential customers.
- Oversee personalized prospecting campaigns designed to secure qualified meetings.
- Manage high-volume outreach and ensure effective follow-up.
- Collaborate with Sales and Marketing leadership on targeting and messaging.
- Establish sales playbooks, best practices, and performance metrics.
Requirements
- Proven experience managing or mentoring outbound sales or business development teams.
- Demonstrated success with cold outbound outreach.
- Ability to coach others and support a culture of continuous learning.
- Comfort with high-volume interactions and resilience in the face of rejection.
- Strong attention to detail when personalizing prospect communications.
- Ability to work on-site in New York City or London.
