What you will do

• Direct and manage large-scale, complex project development from beginning to end.
• Define project scope, goals, and deliverables in collaboration with senior management.
• Develop full-scale project plans, resource estimates, and budget proposals.
• Communicate project expectations and progress to team members and stakeholders.
• Identify and resolve project conflicts, dependencies, and critical path issues.
• Drive continuous improvement events and perform root cause analysis on process gaps.

Requirements

• Must be authorized to work in the United States.
• Associate’s degree required; Bachelor’s degree preferred.
• Minimum 5 years of experience in large-scale project management.
• Strong background in business principles, strategic planning, and resource allocation.
• Proven ability to manage people and processes to achieve objectives.
• Excellent problem-solving, negotiation, and conflict management skills.
