Production Planning & Projects Manager Specialist (Manufacturing)

Location: Hybrid (Kladno, Czech Republic). Average of 3 days per week in the office. No relocation assistance offered.

What you will do

• Own scenario planning to ensure optimized short- and mid-term production plans.
• Develop and maintain production plans aligned with demand, capacity, and material availability.
• Drive process, system, and reporting improvements to enhance planning efficiency.
• Analyze planning data and KPIs to identify risks and optimization opportunities.
• Collaborate with Supply, Inventory, and Production teams for accurate system setup.
• Represent the planning function in local and global projects and initiatives.

Requirements

• Experience in production, master, or supply chain planning within a manufacturing environment.
• Strong understanding of demand, capacity, and inventory balancing.
• Advanced proficiency in Excel.
• Experience working with SAP and planning master data.
• Ability to influence stakeholders and drive complex topics independently.

Nice to have

• Experience with Kinaxis Maestro or similar planning systems.
• Track record of leading planning-related improvement projects.
• Experience supporting S&OP processes.
