Solutions Program Manager (Printer Hardware)

Location: Singapore, South West, Singapore. Full-time onsite role with 25% travel and relocation available.

What you will do

• Deliver complete printer solutions by coordinating hardware, software, ecosystem, design, development, and testing activities.
• Translate solution roadmaps and user experiences into hardware requirements, system interactions, validation plans, and product MVPs.
• Define product solutions and features with marketing teams and groom new or improved features to clarify flows and dependencies.
• Develop and manage integration plans with technical project managers, program managers, design, development, and test partners.
• Coordinate agile and waterfall schedules, prepare solution checkpoints, and track follow-up actions through product launch.
• Manage risks and change requests, including guidance for Program Investigation Requests, while coaching team members.

Requirements

• Four-year or graduate degree in computer science, engineering, business administration, or a related discipline, or equivalent demonstrated competence.
• Typically 6–10 years of experience in engineering development, implementation, project planning tools, people management, or a related field.
• Experience with agile methodologies, Scrum, Kanban principles, sprint planning, and project schedules.
• Knowledge of product management, new product development, software development, hardware integration, and project engineering.
• Experience with risk management, change management, process improvement, and JIRA.
• Strong communication, results orientation, learning agility, digital fluency, and customer centricity.
