Senior Manager – Site Selection & Capacity Program Management (AI)

Location: Singapore; the role supports site-selection and capacity programs in Japan and Australia.

What you will do

• Build and maintain a pipeline of greenfield and brownfield data-centre sites across Japan and Australia.
• Engage landowners, developers, industrial estate operators, municipal governments, planning authorities, and community stakeholders.
• Evaluate sites against power, grid connection, seismic risk, cooling, fibre connectivity, zoning, permitting, and operational requirements.
• Track colocation capacity, supply and demand, provider availability, RFS timelines, power constraints, and pricing trends.
• Lead technical due diligence, site visits, provider RFIs, brownfield conversion assessments, and utility-level power validation.
• Prepare site assessment reports, risk registers, cost-to-develop estimates, go/no-go recommendations, and executive updates.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in engineering, real estate, urban planning, construction management, business, or a related discipline.
• 10+ years of experience in data-centre development, infrastructure, hyperscale cloud, real estate, telecommunications, utilities, or mission-critical facilities.
• 5+ years leading site selection, capacity planning, infrastructure strategy, or large-scale data-centre capital development programs.
• Experience managing complex cross-functional programs involving real estate, design and engineering, construction, energy, network, legal, finance, and external partners.
• Experience supporting executive decisions through business cases, capacity models, and investment recommendations.
• Japanese communication skills are required to liaise on projects based in Japan.
