Technical Program Manager (AI Cloud)

What you will do

• Own the end-to-end R&D delivery process across capability domains and regions, from intake and planning through execution and release.
• Build and maintain integrated program plans, master schedules, milestones, and critical paths.
• Define and improve delivery processes, cadences, stage gates, and definitions of done.
• Manage cross-team and cross-region dependencies while identifying and unblocking execution risks.
• Run planning, status, risk, and milestone reviews and keep stakeholders aligned on scope, status, and changes.
• Provide leadership with delivery status, risks, forecasts, escalations, and multi-region rollout sequencing.

Requirements

• 5+ years of technical program or project management experience in infrastructure, cloud, or large-scale systems.
• Proven experience delivering cross-functional, multi-team programs.
• Strong dependency and risk management skills.
• Clear stakeholder communication and coordination skills.
• Technical background sufficient to engage with infrastructure and platform engineers.
• Ability to work in Singapore or Penang, Malaysia.

• Experience with large infrastructure build-outs or multi-region programs.
