Site Services Specialist (Cafeteria, Janitorial, Transportation)

What you will do

• Coordinate outsourced integrated facilities management vendors and monitor SLA compliance, service quality, and operational performance.
• Oversee cafeteria operations, food quality, hygiene, equipment servicing, beverage supplies, and consumables.
• Manage hard and soft facilities services, including building maintenance, pest control, janitorial services, plumbing, landscaping, housekeeping, and waste management.
• Manage service contracts, purchase orders, vendor performance reviews, audits, escalations, and issue resolution.
• Ensure compliance with IMS, RBA, food safety, environmental, EHS, regulatory, and company standards.
• Provide reports, support cafeteria committee meetings, maintain essential service continuity, and lead response and recovery during major site incidents, including 24/7 standby support for critical issues.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Science and Technology, Facilities Management, or Hospitality Management with relevant operational experience.
• Good written and spoken English communication skills are required.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, coordination, stakeholder management, and vendor performance management skills.
• Ability to use software and facility management systems and manage multiple vendors.
• Ability to handle major operational issues under pressure and maintain service quality.
• Knowledge of inventory and spare-parts management, including FIFO discipline.

Nice to have

• Food handling or food safety certification.
• Facilities management or safety-related training.
