What you will do

• Manage spare parts, tools, certified test equipment, and service-related inventory within the repair depot.
• Plan, oversee, and report on system installations.
• Troubleshoot non-operational equipment and execute modifications directed by test or manufacturing engineers.
• Inspect facilities and document conditions that may affect operations.
• Support continuous improvement by analyzing equipment breakdowns and recommending enhancements.
• Coordinate departmental work, mentor team members, and act as an escalation point for technical issues.

Requirements

• High school diploma, GED, higher secondary education, equivalent work experience, or demonstrated competence.
• Typically 6–8 years of related experience in equipment diagnosis, technical repair, blueprint reading, or a related field.
• Knowledge of equipment repair, electrical systems, mechanics, hydraulics, HVAC, machinery, hand and power tools, and preventive maintenance.
• Ability to follow checklists and procedures, verify current schematics and revisions, and resolve complex technical issues.
• Effective communication, results orientation, learning agility, digital fluency, and customer centricity.
