Senior Manager, Front End Assembly Equipment Maintenance & Preventative Maintenance

What you will do

• Lead equipment engineering, maintenance, reliability, and technical support teams to achieve manufacturing performance targets.
• Drive improvements in equipment availability, reliability, MTBA, downtime reduction, and operational efficiency.
• Oversee preventive, predictive, and corrective maintenance programs.
• Provide technical leadership for equipment upgrades, automation initiatives, new equipment introduction, qualification, and process improvements.
• Lead equipment-related root-cause investigations and sustainable corrective and preventive actions using RCA, 8D, 5-Why, and CAPA methodologies.
• Manage operating and capital budgets, equipment specifications, procurement activities, asset governance, and cross-functional initiatives.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Mechatronics Engineering, Manufacturing Engineering, or a related technical discipline.
• Master’s degree is preferred.
• 12–15 years of experience in equipment engineering, maintenance, reliability, or manufacturing operations in a high-volume manufacturing environment.
• 5–8 years of leadership experience managing managers, engineers, supervisors, and technical teams.
• Experience with equipment reliability, maintenance strategy, factory performance management, continuous improvement, new equipment introduction, automation, and capital project execution.
• Strong financial, stakeholder management, communication, decision-making, crisis management, and executive presentation skills.
