Warehouse Operations Manager (Supply Chain)

Location: San Diego, CA, US; on-site work required. Travel up to 25% based on business needs.

Salary: $82,875–$124,313 base annual salary.

What you will do

• Lead receiving, storage, inventory control, picking, packing, shipping, ticket resolution, and returns processing.
• Manage inbound and outbound material flows for manufacturing, field service, and reverse logistics.
• Ensure third-party logistics providers meet operational, quality, compliance, and service-level standards.
• Monitor warehouse capacity, utilization, workflow efficiency, shrinkage, and operational risks.
• Plan the annual warehouse budget, track monthly costs, and coordinate resource planning with logistics partners.
• Drive inventory accuracy through cycle counts, audits, reconciliation, discrepancy resolution, and corrective actions.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in materials science, supply chain management, logistics, business, operations management, or a related field, or equivalent relevant experience.
• 5–7 years of experience in warehouse operations, logistics, supply chain, or inventory management.
• Experience working with third-party logistics providers or external warehouse partners.
• Knowledge of inventory control, cycle counting, operational metrics, and service-level management.
• Experience supporting warehouse operations in a manufacturing, technology, or service environment.
• Ability to work on-site and travel up to 25%.
