AI Operator, Implementation Delivery

Location: San Francisco or New York, hybrid collaboration model with 3+ days per week in-office, Tuesday–Thursday; 25–50% customer travel expected.

Base salary: $140K–$200K per year, depending on experience, location, and level, plus equity and benefits.

What you will do

• Lead complex, large-scale AI implementation programs for Fortune 500 clients, managing parallel workstreams, timelines, budgets, and measurable outcomes.
• Define success criteria, clarify ownership, manage risks, and enforce operational rigor throughout delivery.
• Build trusted relationships with enterprise clients and align delivery with contracted outcomes.
• Coordinate executives, technical teams, forward-deployed engineers, architects, and AI strategists.
• Keep programs moving through changing priorities while maintaining accountability and momentum.
• Develop best practices for delivering AI programs at scale and use frontier AI tools to improve workflows.

Requirements

• Proven experience delivering large-scale programs for enterprise clients, including programs with significant budgets of $10M+.
• Experience owning complex outcomes under pressure; relevant backgrounds may include delivery management, operations, founding, chief of staff, or COO roles.
• Strong communication skills across technical teams, client stakeholders, and C-suite executives.
• Ability to create clarity in ambiguous, fast-moving environments and maintain a high operating cadence.
• Active daily use of frontier AI tools and a track record of adapting workflows as AI technology evolves.
• Willingness to work on-site with customers and travel 25–50%.
