What you will do
- Lead day-to-day administration and support plan design for EMEA employee benefits, including eligibility, enrolment, and communications.
- Advise employees and leaders on benefit plans, policies, and available options.
- Build and analyze participation, cost, utilization, audit, renewal, and financial-planning reports.
- Coordinate insurers, brokers, third-party administrators, and Workday/HRIS integrations.
- Manage EMEA compliance requirements and filings in partnership with Legal, Payroll, and People Success.
- Improve annual enrolment, Total Reward Statements, wellness initiatives, process documentation, and scalable workflows.
Requirements
- 7+ years of EMEA benefits experience beyond the UK, covering health, welfare, disability, and retirement benefits.
- Experience across EMEA countries, ideally including Romania, Poland, Czechia, Israel, and Spain.
- Strong benefits finance, cost analysis, and budget forecasting skills.
- Advanced Excel and PowerPoint skills; Workday/HRIS experience is preferred.
- English required; additional EMEA languages are a plus.
- Ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines in a fast-paced, multi-time-zone environment.
