EMEA Benefits Analyst

What you will do

• Support EMEA benefits governance, strategy execution, operating standards, and cross-country initiatives.
• Coordinate benefits planning, renewals, benchmarking, reporting, vendor reviews, compliance follow-up, and issue resolution.
• Lead Country Total Rewards programs in selected Central and Eastern European countries, including Bulgaria and Romania.
• Deliver country-level analysis, communications, vendor management, and program coordination.
• Partner with Global and Country Total Rewards, HR, Finance, Legal, Compliance, Procurement, Payroll, Labor Relations, and external vendors.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Finance, Economics, Law, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
• 4–7 years of experience in EMEA employee benefits within a multinational or matrixed environment.
• Experience with benefits governance, plan renewals, benchmarking, vendor management, compliance, and program delivery.
• Knowledge of local benefits, tax, payroll, and compliance considerations across multiple EMEA countries, preferably including Bulgaria and Romania.
• Strong analytical, project management, stakeholder management, consulting, and influencing skills.

• Advanced degree or specialized benefits education.
• Experience in consulting or a Center of Expertise environment.
• Practical use of AI to improve analysis, reporting, communications, and process efficiency.
