Sr Manager, Benefits & Wellbeing

What you will do

• Lead benefits transformation and optimization projects across markets and teams.
• Manage benefits M&A integration end to end, including data collation, comparisons, harmonization, transition planning, and operational handover.
• Lead Workday Benefits optimization, including configuration requirements, process improvements, testing coordination, and operational readiness.
• Implement benefit changes, vendor transitions, Wellhub rollouts, EAP RFP activity, and cross-market harmonization.
• Coordinate delivery capacity, requirements, handovers, and escalations with Operations, Systems, and portfolio teams.
• Engage Finance, Legal, Tax, Communications, Employee Relations, brokers, vendors, and local teams while tracking outcomes and lessons learned.

Requirements

• 5–7 years of relevant experience in benefits, transformation, operations, or a related field.
• Experience with product and workflow optimization, benefits processes, employee experience, and scalable operating models.
• Experience with Workday Benefits, HR systems, data, automation, digital employee journeys, and AI tools.
• Ability to connect product design, platforms, data flows, vendor processes, and business-as-usual readiness.
• Experience with M&A integration, side-by-side comparisons, transition planning, and benefits harmonization.
• Strong stakeholder influence across Benefits, Transformation, Operations, Finance, Legal, Tax, Communications, Employee Relations, brokers, and vendors.
